Hello everyone,
I'm so excited to say that I'm here and it's great to see the outside world. I've been hearing everyone for so long that it's great to finally put a face with the voice. :)
I made my debut on Monday, June 23rd at 2:04 p.m. I weighed 9lbs 11oz and was 21 inches long. I even made it easy on my Mommy as far as the labor and delivery process was concerned. Although I didn't really want to leave Mommy's belly she was induced on Monday (the 23rd) at 7am. When mommy came to the hospital she was already 3cm dilated, the nurses started patoecin (sp) at 7:30 then at 10 mommy was 5cm. Contractions started picking up so she asked for the epidural, which came around 11. In the mean time I'm handleing everything great. At 1:15 mommy was 7cm and the nurse told daddy to go get a bite to eat. Daddy left and the nurse turned mommy on her side then 3 minutes later it got crazy! Mommy asked for a top off on her epidural the nurse checked her again and she was all of a sudden 9 1/2 cm dilated. The nurse called the dr. and mommy called daddy. I was ready, and wanted out BAD!!! Daddy came back in time and mommy just cringed and hung in there and then finally Dr. Lindsey arrived and with in 10 min. of pushing here I was. :)
Everything has gone great since I was born. I've had no complications or anything out of the ordinary. I came home on Wednesday the 25th weighing 9lb 1oz and with the exception of the first 2 nights home I've already gotten myself on a schedule. At my 1 week check up I weighed 9lb 5oz and my Dr. told mommy to stop waking me up in the middle of the night so I've been sleeping great and only waking mommy once at night and it's usually for an hour (don't get me wrong I still have those nights that I like to be up as well, they are just few and far between)!
Anyway, things in the outside world are great. Mommy has had lots of help from Grandma, Daddy, Poppie and Gigi so it should be interesting to see how she handles everything on her own come Monday the 14th. Big brother Luke is just loving me and I'm convienced that I will become a man of steel since he doesn't know his own strength yet. I guess you can't expect to much from someone who is only 2 1/2.
Well, In the next coming weeks I will have my 1 month check up and my Baptism and then I will be going on my first road trip to the lake. Should be interesting and yet lots of fun. :)

An update on me.
Well mommy had a doctors apointment on Tuesday 06/10 and all went well. They did a u/s and I'm measuring about 8 pounds 5 ounces. Mommies reaction was.. "That doesn't surprise me.. I think I only make big babies"! Anyway, I've posted some pictures that were from the u/s for everyone to see just how chunky I am. LOL. The word is that babies grow about 1/2 lb a week in the end so by the time I'm born I will be around 9 1/2 pounds.. Somebody help my mommy please.. she may need it! :)
After the u/s apointment mommy had her normal doctor apointment and everything looked great. My heart beat was 154bpm, mommies blood pressure was 116/74 and mommy still hasn't gained much wait.. (I'll be nice and not give a number here. :) ) Anyway, since I am averaging so big Dr. Lindsey was all ready to do an induction on Friday the 20th until she found out that she isn't working that Friday and isn't on call either, so Monday the 23rd it is at BJC St. Peters Hospital. We don't know what time Mommy and daddy will have to be at the hospital but I'm guessing they will get those details at the next dr. apt. which is on the 17th at 5:30.
O.k. Well I guess that's about it for me. I'm still quite content in here. I still move quite a bit and don't really want to leave but I think my mommy is starting to think otherwise. :) Can't wait to meet everyone. This may be the last post before I meet the outside world.

Update on my status.
O.k., so mommy had her dr. apointment last night and daddy has started coming with us just to hear what Dr. Lindsey has to say since we are so close to the due date. (June 29th).
They did the group B test and mommy should get the results back by next dr. apt. which is 06/10. the dr. also checked and said that I was in position and that mommy was 2cm dialated.
On the next dr. apointment there is a ultra sound scheduled for 5pm to see how big I'm getting then mommy will see her dr. at 6. If I'm as big as my brother then mommy will get induced on 06/20 (mommy say's she is keeping her fingers crossed) and if I'm on target then mommy will get induced on 06/23. Mommy told Dr. Lindsey that she wanted to be induced on my Godparents Anniversary 06/22 but since Dr. Lindsey isn't working that weekend then we will take what we can get. Hopefully we will know an estimated DD by next week. YEAH.. Stay tuned to hear what will be the latest with me.

O.k., so here is an update on me.
I'm 33weeks 5days in gestgation. Word has it that if I'm on target to be as big as my brother then mommies doctor is going to induce her, but before they do that they are going to do another u/s when I'm around 36 weeks along.
Since my last post not much has happened. We found out that mommy did not have Gestational Diabeties which was a good thing and I've been growing so much that no matter what it's uncomfortable for mommy and she has been sleeping on the couch now for about 3 weeks. Mommy and Daddy have also, almost finished my bedroom and when it is completly done that they will take some pictures and post them on my site.
My big brother loves to talk to me and one time I kicked his hand to let him know that I hear him and you know what he said to me... "No, No, ****(he said my name here), No, Kick) mommy thought it was just the funniest thing. If you are interested in my name just talk to my brother. Mommy and daddy aren't telling anyone but Luke will tell you if you ask. :)
Anyway, I know it won't be long now before I'm in this big world. Mommy has started getting contractions and she is pretty sure that I'm head down but we will find out hopefully on 05/20 at her next dr. apt. Until my next update. Everyone take it easy and be on the lookout for new pictures of my mommy showing her big belly.. and then new ultra sound pictures of me..

25 week gestgation update
Hey everyone,
Just thought that I would let you all know that I'm still here, kicking and moving like crazy. :) Mommy had her doctors apointment this past Tuesday (03/11) and I was doing great. My heartbeat was 156bpm, and all was normal. I here that the next apointment is on April fools day and I'll get a big sugar rush since mommy has to have her gloucouse test done then as well, so keep tooned in to see what the results will be.
Anyway, that's about it. I've grown so much in mommy's belly that she had to get out some more maternity clothes and even buy some summer shirts. I also hear that I'll get to go to Flordia in early April and enjoy some quiet time with just daddy and mommy while my brother Luke will be at home with Poppie and Gigi so that will be fun to have mommy and daddy just to myself for a long weekend.
O.k., I'll stop rambeling on. Stay tooned for new pictures of me in my mommy's belly and the doctor updates.

1st post
Hi right now I'm being called either baby #2 or baby brother. I'm expected to make my debute on June 29, 2008, however I may come earlier. My name is a surprise so you will just have to wait and see unless of course my mommy slips up and says it or my big brother Luke since he knows my name as well. At this time I'm 23 weeks 2 days in gestation so about 18 more weeks to go then I will be introduced to the world. I've been busy lately kicking and moving and I've even let my daddy feel me kick a couple of times now. I've already had my picture taken and you can see them as well. If you would like to send me a message there is a comment area below each blog message. I hope that everyone is doing well and I will try to keep up with my blog postings.
